Led by the experienced and esteemed Mr. Ambrish Tiwari, our organization stands as a beacon of quality education in the realm of language proficiency exams. By enrolling in our courses and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by APT EDUCATORS LLP, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

Our courses are available to individuals who are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to enroll. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Course Enrollment and Fees

  • Enrollment in any course requires payment of the applicable fees.
  • Fees are subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify course prices at any time.
  • Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of the course unless a payment plan has been arranged.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests for candidates who register for one-to-one consulting must be made within 7 days of registration. Any request after 7 days from the date of payment will not be considered.
  • For candidates enrolling in the IELTS/PTE Trainers Program, no refund will be issued after the candidate has attended the orientation session.

    This is because the complete selection and onboarding process—including participation in the webinar, personal consultation, review of shared literature, one-to-one evaluation with the Chief Mentor, offer of admission, fee link generation, payment of the first installment, and allocation to a training cohort—is completed before the orientation. Once orientation is attended, significant time, resources, and personalized effort have already been invested.

  • Refunds are NOT applicable once the candidate has been added to the training cohort.
  • Refunds are only considered in cases of duplicate payments or technical billing errors. No other refund requests will be entertained.

5. Course Materials

  • All course materials provided are for personal use only. Redistribution or reproduction of any course materials is strictly prohibited.
  • Course materials remain the intellectual property of APT EDUCATORS LLP and Mr. Ambrish Tiwari.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Students are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow students.
  • Any form of disruptive behavior, harassment, or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course without refund.

7. Privacy Policy

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the enrollment process will be used solely for administrative purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • APT EDUCATORS LLP and Mr. Ambrish Tiwari are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
  • We strive to provide the best possible training, but we do not guarantee specific results or exam scores.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
  • It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically for any updates or changes.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
