Founder, The Upskill Network
Ambrish Tiwari is an educator, career mentor, and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in student guidance, training, and education.

He is the founder of ANGAD – Beyond Obvious, an AI-enabled career discovery platform designed to help students and parents make more informed, structured, and meaningful career decisions. ANGAD combines technology-driven self-discovery with human-led counselling to create a more reliable and holistic approach to career guidance.

He also leads The Upskill Network, a global trainer-led platform that empowers individuals to build professional careers as trainers, coaches, mentors, and consultants across multiple domains.

Over the years, Ambrish has worked closely with thousands of students, parents, and educators. This experience helped him identify a critical gap in the education system — most career decisions are often influenced by limited awareness, social trends, or incomplete guidance.

ANGAD was built to address this gap.

His work is driven by a clear belief: career choices should not be based only on marks or trends, but on a deeper understanding of an individual’s personality, abilities, and long-term alignment.

Through ANGAD, his vision is to make career discovery more structured, accessible, and relevant to the realities of today’s world.
