“My Soft Skills and English Language Trainer course with Upskill With Ambrish has been a valuable learning experience and an important step in my professional development. With my background in process operations, quality documentation, customer communication, medical transcription and scribing, and sales administration, I already had considerable workplace experience. However, this course helped me look at communication and learning from a different perspective. The training introduced me to important concepts such as pedagogy, andragogy, learner-centered training, lexical growth, vocabulary recycling, contextual mapping, exploratory language, active listening, feedback, and effective communication. I appreciated the emphasis on helping learners explore possibilities rather than simply giving them answers. The practical activities and role-plays helped me become more aware of my own communication style and encouraged me to think about how I can support learners with different backgrounds, experiences, and learning needs. Overall, the course has strengthened my confidence and given me a clearer understanding of the role of a **Soft Skills and English Language Trainer**. I am grateful to the Upskill team and trainers for providing a supportive learning environment and for encouraging continuous learning, reflection, and practical application.”
